Water level

In my Biocube 29, at times the water outlet/nozzle into the tank begins to spew/sputter. My tank is full. What could be causing this problem.

Air is getting into the intake somehow.

How far from the surface of the water is your pump? Lower it, because it's pulling in air somehow.

You sure the water level is between the min and max lines on the side of the tank? I'm new to my Biocube, but don't have any prolems like ou describe...is your pump sitting all the way at the bottom? If not, extend the tube between the pump and outlet up top to get the pump sitting on the bottom of chamber 3.
