Definitely not a question of character mtc it was definitely not ment that way. I just live an hour and a half away with a 3 year old lol. So a long trip like that isn't really workable for me. I have to find a sitter to go to pc lol. But thankyou anyway maybe sometime in the future.

I'm definitely in, Mike..... I've got three items on my list (it's so nice to be able to place a small order - usually I spend a fortune just to get the free shipping from places!) but I am holding off on sending you the order and payment until Sunday night because I want the luxury of changing my mind a few times and being able to add or delete items. :)

so it looks like if you order from the divers den section it ships from a different location. they will combine but it another 14.99 unless we reach 225. so be aware if you are ordering from divers den and you are the only one doing so it may cost you a extra 15 unless someone else also orders from divers den then you will split the extra cost with them.

No thank you Mike, I've been eyeballing Live Aquaria for a few months. Group buys give me some sense of security. I know if something is DOA (even though LA has great customer service regardless) they will definitely support a larger order / group buy to defend their reputation. Plus free shipping who can complain.

Hey, what can I say..... us reefers are a generous bunch and always looking to help out in any way we can. ;)
I just e-mailed you my order for $166 but I'm still confused as to whether or not there will be any extra shipping charge. I'm sure we're well over the $225 but not sure if that negates the extra $15 from the Wisconsin facility.
Did anyone else order from Diver's Den? If not, I may cancel that part of my order.

1 Yellow Clown Goby http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+31+1441&pcatid=1441
and 1 Green Clown Goby http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+31+159&pcatid=159

Starting to regret you ever started this? It definitely requires a lot of coordinating and organization and then the hassle of making sure everyone gets notified, everything gets picked up in a timely fashion, etc. Not sure I'd have the patience for it so thank you for doing this.

I think they may come bagged per species? When I recently got my order I got one bag with my blenny and one huge bag for my 3 chromis. Also they were triple bagged with the middle bag being black. So there's gonna be that to look out for. Don't know how they go about larger orders though

Might be easiest to just identify everything inside each bag and distribute into bags once people come to pick their order up? Might simplify things on your end.

I think I'm taking the day off tomorrow so I should be around and able to head over as soon as you tell me they boxes arrived. Go ahead and e-mail me (or PM me) the tracking number but USUALLY that's not much help - it will tell us what time it left the North Haven Fed Ex facility and that it's "on truck for delivery" but that could be anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours after it leaves North Haven.
I would think each fish will be in it's own bag (unless someone ordered multiples of the same fish) so identifying each bag and marking on the outside with magic marker what's in it would be a good idea. I can help with that if I get there quick enough. But like was said, sometimes there is black "privacy" stuff in the bag and it's really hard to tell what's inside..... might need a small LED flashlight to peek inside the bags.

in all the shipments, that I've rec'd from LA...the 'privacy stuff' is usually only 1/2 way up the bag, just turn it over, and you'll see the contents!

Mike, have you seen him eat yet? It is AMAZING to watch. You may have already seen this video of my cuc eating (about 1.5 years ago) but it's so cool. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. Aren't you a little nervous that a seahorse will latch onto it? I'm sure you realize those things carry quite the toxin. (if you weren't nervous, you are now, right? Sorry!) :)

Sorry pictures on their sides, it's an iPhone job. The Hector's Goby is the most active. He hovers and then darts around in the middle of the tank, mid-water level. Very active. Gorgeous, this picture doesn't do him justice. Bright neon yellow stripes which I'm sure will come out more within the next few days. Will be getting another one of him.
Unfortunately the Green Clown Gobies and the Catalina hide constantly. Very hard to find them. Enjoying my purchase though, I'm happy :fish1:

So I haven't seen the Catalina after the first two days he was put into the tank. Not once. Don't know if he's still in there. The Green Clown gobies make an appearance every couple of days. The three engineer gobies I got are huge - almost 2-3 inches.
The court jester is under an inch and very pale, so he'll color up amazingly. Definitely still a juvenile.
The red head goby is kind of where I am a little upset with my purchase. It's smaller than my thumbnail, so maybe 1/4ths of an inch to 3/8ths of an inch? I know LA states the purchase size of the fish 1/2inch to 1inch but seeing it in person makes me go 'wow'. I feel like with such a juvenile the chance of survival is lower? I don't know.
