Just wanted some input to help me make a decision. I have a 75 gallon tank, 30 gallon sump, large skimmer, I do weekly water changes, as well as lots of macro algaes growing in the tank. And currently have 5 male H. Kuda(have had them for almost a year). My question being, I had 6 but one went over the overflow and died. 6 seemed to be a good number. They all came from seahorsesource. I was wondering if I ordered 3 more(wanting females) how much of a risk there was, as in making the orginal sick or something like that? I feel the tank needs just a little more.

Risk should be minimal. I normally recommend 3 pairs for the given tank size given how large this species can get. The oversize skimmer and the macros are a plus though. Stocking density boils down to how much you love tinkering with the tank. If you are a set it and forget type, a lighter stocking density is better, if you enjoy working on the tank, you should be fine.
