Ok, I've been loosely in the hobby for a number of years which is why I am surprised to ask for help with stocking.

Currently have a 29g biocube that is being upgraded to a 65g reef.

I currently have a pink spotted watchman goby and a perc clown, as well as a blood red fire shrimp.

I am looking for ideas. We will probably add a royal grama and another shrimp of some sort. Love LPS so angles are out and the tank is too small for tangs.

What are some suggestions for other fish to add?

How about a Wrasse of some type?

Here are some fish I'm considering for a future 65 gallon:

Pair of clowns(percs)
Yellowheaded jawfish
green banded goby
flameback angel
orchid dottyback
McCosker's wrasse
orange spotted blenny
Starry blenny

I could do a wrasse. I used to have a 6 line but it was a bully and tormented everything in the tank.

Was also thinking maybe a blenny of some kind.

IMO a Midas Blenny (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+23+83&pcatid=83) would be a great choice.

I was thinking either lawnmower blenny or midas blenny. I am leaning toward the Midas for the color.

I don't think I could do a jawfish as my goby has been known to be a little, well very territorial.......

I think my real solution would be to get a bigger tank.....but it's not really gonna happen right now.

Any wrasse owners have issues with them being terrors? I just had really bad luck with the 6 line so I'm hesitant to get another wrasse. Love the look of Mccoskers.

I offered to put a 125 in the wall under the stairs :)

I like the Firefish. We had one in the 29, but I think the 6-line tormented it too much. It kept jumping into the sump area. He had an unpleasant meeting of the pump to the skimmer.

I really like the look of the purple ones. I don't think we've ruled them out, but our last one was really shy. This could have been a cause of the 6-line also. (I don't know, I'm still learning about all these critters)

I'd add a second clown to make a pair. Here's my list from my 55:

Pair of oscellaris clowns
Orchid dottyback
Bangaii Cardinal
Yellow watchman goby

I've had a few different fairy wrasses with no issues. Six lines seem to be about 50/50 terrors from those I've spoken to that own them.

Edit: I've also had firefish. They're shy, but if they establish early, they should be fine.

Halichoeres, fairy, and flasher wrasse along with anthias make great open water inhabitants.

I do really like the fires fish, but have list some in the past. We do have a lid over the tank now to prevent that.

I did also think about getting another clown.

discocarp - do you have trouble with the orchid dottyback being too aggressive?

I think I found the list I'd like:

Ocellaris Clownfish
Firefish
Midas Blenny
McCosker's Wrasse
Royal Gramma
Pink Spotted Watchman Goby

What do you think? Anything else?

My orchid is fearless, passive, and beautiful. He's a great fish. A lot of dottybacks are very aggressive but not usullally the true orchids.

That list sounds good to me but I'd get another percula to pair with yours instead of an oscellaris.
