I have 4 Hydor Koralia Evolution Circulation 1400gal on a Hydor Koralia Smart Wave Pump Controller, every time that they either switch on or off they make a clicking sound, is there anything I can do to make it stop, or do I just have to live with it. Koralia must have changed the pump, because I read the thread about putting the air tube on the shaft, the one I have does not have a shaft that you can put something on. Does anyone have a fix, thanks.

Nothing I know of that can be done, my 1050's do he exact same thing.....I even contacted Hydor about the issue, I was told by them it is normal to hear the click.

Yup mine do the same. I even did the airline trick. I have the non evolution. It helps but still hear clicking from impeller hitting backside of pump.
Next big purchase tunze pumps.

The clicking is intentional. It is to prevent the pump from starting backwards.
My pump clicked so many times on the on/off wavemaker that it broke that part. It started backwards about half the time after that. I stopped using them with wavemakers after that happened 4 times.
