Hello all.

My question is has anyone ever thrown brine shrimp eggs into your reef/ tank? If you did just throw the eggs into your tank what do you think will happen?

Do you think they will hatch? Or is it a waste of time? And what do you think would be the out come?

Thank you for your replies and would be appreciated.

Something will probably consume them before anything would happen.

Well it looks like my cup coral has been enjoying its self on the eggs so far. My fish first looked at it like it was foreign object when it first went in. But for now they have all sank as I can not see them.

That might not be a bad idea if you're like me and have a bunch of snails and really no food going into the tank due to all my fish being in the QT for six weeks. Something for them to eat.
