So, i found a blue shrimp on my rocks the other day, I've never seen it before. its about 1-1.5inches long and is a translucent blue. I'll try to get a picture up soon. (i cant get it off my phone for some reason.)
It seems to live peacefully with my peppermint shrimp and blue/green chromis. It doesn't bother my sails or hermits either.
Any thoughts?

It could be a pistol shrimp. I have seen blue ones like you describe. They come in as hitchhikers from time to time.

It would be best if you could get a pic so we can 100% ID it as safe or not safe.
Does it look like this?
