I have had my Ocellaris Clownfish for about two years. I've started to realize that they are changing from orange to brown. Is this normal with an aging fish, or is something else happening?

I believe its from aging/maturing. I had a pair years ago for a few years that did the same thing as they matured.

Yep, it is normal. They will also change colors in hosts sometimes, ex: my onyx percula clownfish has lost most of her black while in a H. Magnifica anemone.

Diff lighting causes diff coloration. In my sytems, it seems the more intense the lights, the darker they get. And Zoas can cause them to get black spots on them too.
