PS there have been some really good threads on fans over the years if you do a search you could find some good links.

This kit would do the job great for you. I have the 90mm fans over my LED's and love it (I extended it to include 3 fans). This kit is also plug and play and you can control the speed of the fan with the fan speed controller.

Also, the power supply can power up to about 9 or 10 fans. If you want to add more fans just buy another fan y adapter and another fan.

use 120mm computer fan rated for 12v, run a 6v dc adapter instead. it should provide enough flow but at the same time slow down the fan to where you cannot hear any noise coming out of it

120mm or 140mm Noctua fans. You can find them on Newegg.com. They're top of the line when it comes to computer cooling. You can use a 6v, 9v, or 12v adapters to power them, depending on how fast you want them to spin. Or alternatively you can buy a fan speed controller and use that to control the speed.
