One of my glass aquarium has a 2" crack on its glass. I wonder if I can fix it with Silicon. Please advice.

No. You need to replace that panel.

How big is the tank and is it on the front,back or the end.

It does not matter one bit what size tank or where the crack is. Silicone will not fix it. As mentioned above, the panel will need to be replaced. When you factor in the hassle factor, in most cases it is easier to just replace the tank.

It is a 75gal breeder tank and the crack is on the side. Thank you all :D
