Well I just cleaned my light fixture and seen these stats on the bulbs...
Two Odyssea 65W Actincs 450NM and two 65W Odyssea Daylight 10,000K...

Will these provide enough light to keep coral healthy and growing in my tank...?

These are power compacts? If so, you could keep softies under that lighting.

Maybe, for some corals. Most would do better with more light ,ime.

They're floresent tubes, 4 dual tubes
I have Xenia and a red mushroom polyp that hitched with the LR my friend gave me.

The xenia do better with more light but may be ok near the top. The mushroom if it's a discoma or rhodactis should be ok..
