coco worm with no tube?? help plz

ok so i bought this coco worm and he lost his tube and is just siting behind a rock..do i leave him or should i move him and cover him with sand??

While I have no experience I recently read that you are suppose to leave them alone if this happens.


I also seem to remember that water quality can cause them to leave the tube. Going by the pick you posted it looks like its a new setup.

IMO/E...it's over!
I have put them back into their tubes, but they didn't last long!

Probably game over. Best chance for him to make it is to leave him alone.
