Anyone in western NY have a starter culture?
I tried using Reef Nutrition Phyto Feast Live to start the culture, but all I got after a week was fairly clear water. I used RO and salt mix to 1.019 and an LED light source. 5mL of Miracle Grow to a 2Liter bottle.
I will try one more time with the above source and a different light source, but I'm pretty sure the bottle of Phyto Feast I have is dead.
