Very easy tank stand question.

When I am building my tank stand should I build it the excact dimensions of the tank for Length and Depth or should I build it 1/2 longer and wider?

As long as the support legs are directly under the load/weight of the tank, it doesn't matter. You dont want to build a frame bigger than the tank, and have a tank just sitting on a plywood top. Not sure if that makes sense.....
