software/firmware update?

The graphs, etc. on the mobile app aren't working correctly, I'm thinking I need to update my Neptune Apex. What's the correct way to do this?

Go to www.neptunesys.com -> Support -> Downloads. Download the proper updater... the one that does not say it's for Mac is the one for Windows. Read the firmware update instructions PDF.
