I notice this today on my glass of my reef tank, I have also seen this on glass at the fish store. what is it?

is this a good sign of a healthy tank because this is the first time Im able to keep snails in the tank for some reason.

how long do it take to hatch?

I have these in my 75 all the time. I read that they only hatch in brackish water; I've never seen my eggs hatch.

Cerith snail eggs. Don't need brackish water but usually don't hatch. Not necessarily a sign of anything. They'll lay eggs in bad conditions hoping to keep the species alive or in great conditions. Since your snail is still alive that's a good sign! LOL

Best way to find out if your conditions are good is to test your water.

oh ok thanks sushigirl, as Im new to the game of saltwater. Tested waters and all is good.
