Hey everyone just wanted to get opinions about the Fluval c4 hob filter, likes/dislikes/ ect. I have a 90gal reef and 45gal fuge. I know that the c4 is rated for 70gal and not sure if it would be ok to put in my system. Iv got a ps 160 skimmer that is working really good and i figure my net water volume to be about 120gal. I dont really have any other type of filtration besides live rock, sand and some rubble rock and a little prolifera&cheato and need to get my nitrates and phosphates down, the tank has been set up for over a year and need some other type of filtration. I was thinking about the hob filter or the h.o.t. canister filter. any opinions and comments would be welcome, thanks for the help.
