After the round of power outages across VA over the weekend (and going through it myself for three days) I decided to purchase the backup battery for the MP40 I bought my husband for his birthday. We are leaving this Saturday to go out of town for a week. Better safe then sorry right? I ordered the backup battery online through a well known online service, and when I received the backup battery today it was missing half of the power cord to charge the battery. I called customer service at EcoTech, and he apologized for the oversight, and said that he would overnight me one today. No questions asked, no proof of purchase just exceptional customer service. In the meantime, he said that any computer cable connector should work to charge the battery until the cord got here.

Amazing customer service. Not only do you guys have great products, but you back them up 100%. Thank you. You just won a loyal customer today in both my husband and myself.
