Diatoms or something else?

10 weeks later.. My cycle is complete.. But before I add anything can you guys tell me if these are just diatom blooms or something more serious??

Diatom blooms generally go away on their own. You might want some crabs and snails for the other growth you have going on.

I have 2 koralia nano's (425 gph each), and a small aqueon hob filter, it's small, came in a 20g kit I got a while back. The temp is steady between 77.8 and 78.6.
