I've seen several pairs of these lately at LA DD and am considering a pair for my system.

Could someone tell me if they retain the orange coloration in the face and lower body or do they become all black as they age.
Thanks, Chris

The ones I've seen retain the orange belly. They are actually gorgeous fish, and look better as they mature. IMHO

Thanks for the feedback.
I personally prefer some of the orange in them so this is good news for me.
Thanks again.

You should look at sustainable aquatics Onyx clowns too. Very pretty.Only thing I've heard, they get more aggressive than regular osc clowns as they mature. But i'm sure with a tank your size, it shouldn't be much of a problem.

I would really like to have a pair of Onyx but the cost is keeping me away.(have to draw a line somewhere) that and I wasnt aware they had a tendency to be more aggressive and prefer to avoid it if possible so thanks for the heads up on them. This makes the Sanjay clowns some what more attractive for my purpose.
