Just bought a 6 line wrasse yesterday and didn't notice he had little white parasites (not ich) that I researched and found out were fluke or flatworms attached to his skin. He's already in my DT, what I need to know is how bad are they? Are all my fish already exposed and if I take him out not will it stop from spreading to other fish, still only him with them.

If they are flukes, you should treat with Prazipro. You should be able to treat your whole tank as long as you don't have worms (i.e., feather worms) that you care about. I think flukes are spread through feces, so I would assume the rest of the fish in your tank are at least vulnerable.
