Pod Question (refugium)

So I have a 29 Gallon refugium well stocked with pods. The refugium feeds into a 32 Gallon brute by way of a HOB overflow then into a return 20 gallon tank via overflows. What I'm not sure of is: is this setup conducive to pods getting into my DT at a decent rate?

There is no rock in my refugium or brute (yet) so are they making it up the water column through the overflows into my DT?

In my opinion they are so small and light that if the water is right for reproduction they should sweep into the tank along with the water as long as no filter sponges or floss is in the way.
