I've gotten some awesome new pieces recently!

We've been feeding this Scoly daily, trying to get this paint really colored up!

I believe this is Acanthrphylia (Spelling?) but I'm having my doubts. Notice the Nodules on the outside. It doesn't look like any ACAN I've seen before. It's also not showing any feeding tent's with lights out. It did eat several small pieces of the FM product though.

Really terrible picture, but I believe this is a red/green/pink/blue Symphillia. Never, ever get a feeding response from this Aussie colony. Thoughts?

I've been calling this favia "spongebob" because to me, it looks like a pineapple under the sea, haha. We got this from Gonzo at a frag swap. Does it have a "name"?

Here is a somewhat better shot of the Symphillia. I've been using my phone cam.

Thank you, It's hard to get good pieces like this in the midwest USA. Still trying to ID and figure out how to get a feeding regimine going.

You're still lucky cause you located in the US. We have it real hard cause we have to import it. And then we have to pay the high prices.

^That is unlike any sponge bob favia I have seen. The few I have seen (including mine) have yellow polyps with a pale green/blue rim around each polyp and light blue centers.

I have a small favia frag that looks similar to what you have. I don't know what it is called but I like it!

Nice additions all around!

Grapes of Wrath is what it's called and it maybe a platy.

Do you think the pink is a scoly or an acanthrop?

Thanks for the responses. I'm going to try to get better pictures for you guys. These are my first corals in my new tank after a long time away!

Actually, that looks like a Favites but they are still cool. Some nice finds here!
