Can i keep a yellow watchman goby and a blue spot jawfish together inside a 29gal?

My gut says no. They are very similar body styles and inhabit the same territory. You might get lucky, but I would introduce them both at the same time if possible and the jawfish will likely rule out any cleaner/peppermint shrimp or a pistol for your watchman. Optimally they would each pick a side and stay put. My watchman likes to stay at home most of the time, but I have never had a jawfish.
