Eel ID needed

I bought this eel today and i was wondering what kind it was. If anyone has any idea please let me know.

if you could get a clearer picture that would help, also is it in a refugium since everything is green?

no he is in my tank now that was when he was in the bag and the lights where off so i wouldn't stress him out. I'll try to get a letter
