I bought a beat up bleeding apple scoly a few days ago i figured for $5 it was worth trying to save but i noticed tiny brown dots on it i have looked into it but i found nothing that looked similar. The spots are tiny like the hole on a needle and as far as i know they dont move. Any help is greatly appreciated

you said it was beat up could it be the skeleton poking through the flesh and algae growing on the spike tips

Here are some pics i really hope its not flat worms i dont think it is but i have never had them so i dont know what they look like in person. The spots are kinda hard to see its not the protruding skeleton its the brown spots on the corals tissue. sorry for the poor quality pics bow front makes for bad pics.

I am with Viper , Looks like the skeleton poking thru the flesh , with algae on the tips , give it plenty of TLC and feed it up

looks like flatworms to me. only one or two come out in the photo. you can give the coral a quick fresh water dip to get rid of them. if they are flatworms they should fall off within a few seconds. flatworms would make sense in a situation with tissue decay...

Like the others said, it looks like the tissue is receding and the skeleton is poking through it. If you want to dip it use revive or another coral dip, but no need to stress it with a fw dip.
