Nice little aquascape you got going on there. Nice and open. I would change anything! Looks great!
Just put some rock rubble around the base of your rocks where it will blend in with the sand!

Are your rocks sitting on top of the sand? If so you might want to put them on the glass because if you plan to keep any sand sifting creatures, it would cause an avalanche and kill them, a fish, or crack your glass.

I will be placing a lot of chalice on the sandbed. You can browse the chalices i have in the photobucket. Its my 3rd 180gallon build but the whole system are as one including my 90 gallon frag tank.

I was looking at your frag tank pictures, do you have t5's over them?

I have 120watt led and a 2 50/50 t5.

How did you build your rock structure? Did you glue the rocks together?

Yes. But i used a quick hardening cement from home depot. A week in fresh water with water change

Slso made some frag holders on the rocks itself for easy access/transfer of corals

So no glue just cement? Is there any fear of the cement leaching anything in to the water long term?

No glue. Only cement. Not too much cenent was use though. I am still cycling it. After it matures a little i will be plumbing it with my whole system. It will consist of 3 180 gallon and 1 90 gallon frag tank. I will be re aquascape the other two 180 as i dont like the look. I will make it a mix, sps and zoa tank.
