typhon controller trouble help

I have 48 xp-g cree led's with 4 ELN-60-48P drivers and a typhon controller.

The problem i am experiencing, is the 3rd channel on the controllerwill not ramp the volgate below 1.3v. even if the screen says 0%, as a result the led's do not switch off.

Also when you turn on the controller and while it is "booting" all the channels are off except the 3rd channel which stays on.

anyone have an idea if this is faulty code or a physical problem?

The channel does ramp up to 10v and back down to 1.3v

Butcherman, what do you mean by your statement about 10v and back down to 1.3v? Is it not going to be able to turn off the third channel or will they always be on? I am looking at getting one of these typhoons so I am curious. Would it make difference using the ELN-60-48D as they do the 0-10 V where the P does PWM or is that what the typhon does? I would love to know as I am looking into creating something comparable to the likes of this, just haven't decided yet.
