Protein Skimmer

Hi, i have a 40 gallon breeder with a 20gallon sump/fuge/eventually skimmer. I have a niger triger, Unknown eel, bi-color angle, french grunt, and a yellow foxface. I am wondering what skimmer to get. I am looking at the reef octopus 4" pinwheel in sump skimmer oct nwb110

I am not sure weither that would be to much for my tank, any advice would be GREAT.
