Algae identification and fix

I'm having an outbreak of algae and do not know what it is and how to fix it... I am running GFO but still having to remove manually by scrubbing.

Water Parameters are:
NH3 ~ 0
No2 ~0
NO3 ~ 0.5
PO4 ~ 0

Please help me identify and how can i fix it
