pest?

so i have these long white stringy lookin things with what look like little tiny tentecals at the end of them.they come out at night and come from the live rock.i tried to take a picture but they are super hard to see.they reach about 2-3" long and appear to sting the snails as they pass by. anyone have any clue as to what im describing? i assume they are a type of pest?:worried:

so the next qestion is how to get rid of them? i have a 150 gallon tank with 150 lbs live rock so please b nice...lmao!!!

Usually they starve out unless you have a high nutrient tank like me, then you just live with them LOL.
