Cycling base rock for marine tank in cold water

I want to cycle a bunch of base rock, in cold saltwater, the put it into a marine tank some point after it has cycled and is full of bacteria. Is this going to be an issue and produce the wrong type of bacteria or kill it once it goes into warmer water?

Bump, wondering the same thing myself. Except I was cycling with warm water and I didnt notice when my heater broke.

I think what I found was that the bacteria ate different for marine warm/cold water and different for fresh water as well.
