Cracked Skimmer

I have an eShopps hang-on-the-back skimmer. I came home the other night to find lots of water on my floor due to a crack in the neck of the skimmer. Is there anything I can do to repair the skimmer? It's out of warranty so eShopps won't replace it.

weld on #4. I used it and works great. Only for acrylic. Hope depot has it. If its plastic then plastic cement from a hobby shop would work too. I fixed my hob Skimmer that had three cracks. If its just cracks it will work. If it has large cracks and holes the weld on #16. Good luck
