Apex unit seams to have bricked (8 mo old)

I'm not sure what to do with this issue... My apex unit and display have gone totally dark. The power pack seams ok, it's putting out about 15 volts but nothing lights up. No status light no Ethernet light... Nada....

Is there a way to send it in for repair?
