Wow, never seen THAT before! By the looks of the gobie, it looks like it has been dead a while, like 3 days or so in the least. I wonder what that duncan will do with the gobie? That duncan is no where big enough to eat a whole lot of it at any one time.

Many of these animals, like amenones will "eat" dead or grossly incapacitated one that happen into their reach. Was the goby dead or dying before it's mis-step into the duncan??

Yep, I agree, the duncan is simply taking advantage of the already dead goby.

My dendro coral ate my cleaner shrimp's molt a couple days ago. It was pretty neat to see.

I just purchased him 3 days ago with a pistol shrimp, and he looked fine last night

Cleanup crew must have been chomping away on him a while for his tail to be all chewed up like that. Well, you know what they say, dead fish tel to tales, so, hard to say. Sorry for the loss though...........
