Apex Dual 120V Socket Expansion Clone Help

So I was thinking it may be a little cheaper to just make a relay to run my chiller with my apex and I was hoping someone could guide me in the right direction on the correct relay to use.

Chiller draws 9.7 amps and ran with 1.2 amp pump.
