What size sump should i use with a AGA 120RR. I will be using a glass aquarium and building it myself and was wondering what size would be best and easiest to access under my stand.

i have heard at least a dozen times to get your protein skimmer first and then build a sump to fit that. less chance of wasting time and money building one only to find out the skimmer you want wont fit.
i would vote for something in the 50-75 gal range as long as the skimmer fits

Bigger is better.
A 40G Breeder is your best bet.
Your tank's dimensions are 48"x24"x24", I'm guessing?

footprint of 11"x12" height 24" will fit fine in a 40breeder which IIRC 36x18x13

more water in the sump = more stability. Get as big of a sump as you can fit in the space you have. :-)
