I have used http://www.reefcleaners.org/ many times for clean up crews. John is really good to work with and they have custom clean up crews. There have been many good things said about them you can do a quick search and see how many people have used them.

i have heard good thing about reefcleaners although i personally have no experience with them, my recommendation on how much will be half of what 40 requires. buy them as u need them. inverts dont usually handle shipping very well and fully stocking your tank that is newly setup wont have enough algae or food for the new additions thus causing most to die.
