That is gone be a nice setup. I have the same cube with a 20g sump.
Just curious: the 60g cube for sump is 24" tall I don't know how tall your stand is, but did you check if you can remove skimmer or work on pumps in the sump from above ? There is no much space left from what I can see.
cheers,
MaLi

I love your light setup! I run 2 250W 14K phoenix lamps and an ATI blue plus / ATI purple plus over a 40 Breeder and SPS love it! Careful with your chalices if you get any. Zoas/palys and acans don't seem to have an issue with the strong lighting.
Are you going to be dosing via dosing pumps or are you planning on runing a calcium reactor.

Where did you get that overflow?
Wow, 48" tall for a stand that holds a 90g ! Man, I hope you built it right and there is no chance of lateral movement. I built mine 34" and I had second thoughts. The factory stand (Monterey) is 26" tall.
You don't have to worry about removing the sump. Make sure is not leaking when you place it on and further care for the Ca/Alk balance so you won't get Ca precipitates all over the place.
cheers,
MaLi

Beginning phases look great! Can't wait to see what this tank looks like when it's completed and stocked. Nice job so far!
