A general rule with crabs are: If it looks mean, chances are it is mean.
I can't say for sure but it might be this:

Either way, I would take it out.

looks like a gorilla crab without the black tips, if so it is best to take it out from what i know of them.

+1 i think it looks like a gorilla crab to and would get it out i believe all hairy crabs are preditors and will go for fish

Hi. I had one of those in my tank for a bit. Came in the live rock. It was about the size of a fifty cent piece. I let him be for awhile, until my small 1" regal tang was suddenly missing its tail and my little Tomini was in his 1 claw while he was picking it apart with the other. Take it out.
