Going fish only stocking question

I have 2 clowns can I add a royal gramma and a I think it's called a coral beauty angel fish and they all get along?

29 gal it's says online 30 gal was big enough is that incorrect my Lfs has one in a 30 gal and it's beautifully colored and seems happy

If your clowns have matured and formed a bonded pair, they will probably have claimed all the space as their territory and won't allow newcomers. You can put them in your QT while new fish are introduced and they'll have to find a new smaller territory. If these are large clowns (Maroon, Tomato, etc. ) ; you'll always have problems in such a small tank.

thanks they are just regular clowns and they came from a tank with over 15-20 other clowns in it guess we will just have to try and see what happens

Its common to keep juvi clowns in big groups. But when they mature and pair off, they won't tolerate any other clowns and their territorial instinct develops. Two juvi clowns almost always form a pair.
