I haven't spent a lot of time looking for abnormalities on my GBTA, but noticed a weird growth pattern that I had to ask about. If you look in the pic I've attached, you'll notice that right in the middle of the pic there is a tentacle with another tentacle growing out of it about halfway up the column. Is that normal? He's got a couple of tentacles like that, so I'm assuming it is. But I'm a noob to the anemone world, so I just wanted to make sure.

I can't really see which tentacle you are referring to, but it isn't a mutant or some abnormality. Many specimens with singlar tentacles will have an occasional branched one. Should not be anything to be concerned about.

I have seen that and still do on some of my gbtas.
