This is a pic of part of the tank at my LFS. The tank is over 20 yrs old. It appears the corals are torch corals and frogspawn.

These are supposed to be positioned 6" away from each other, correct? So that they don't sting and kill each other.

How do the corals in the pic manage to be so close and still be alive? Did they make friends with each other? :love1:

I just went through this problem trying to add pictures myself. One nice person on here told me its easier to use photobucket and copy the img on to her. Because we can't see these pictures, well i can't anyway. Hope this helps with the picture aspect of it.

Thanks for the photobucket tip. That was enough to make me crazy. Would work sometimes and other times not.

So to answer your question. They are all in the same basic family and therefore don't mind each other. But if you through a Galaxia or Brain Coral into the mix, the war would be on. That 6" rule is more of a guideline, not fact with all corals.
