Wow, even without water, it's looking real good. Specs? What's the smaller light by the sides? Where did you get the bulb stands?

Where did you get the light stands? I have a par38 bulb that I put in a $8 flood light clamp on thing from home depot as a temporary fix until I found something like yours

BoostLED sells a lamp clamp for $35:

The smaller ones on the aquasunspots are really nice:

Found some dealers nearby - I'll have to check those out.

Hey there. Very nice set up you got going on. Would you mind explaining how you achieved the transfer so well. I'm thinking about transfering to another tank myself but Im not sure on the tips and secrets of doing it lol.

Use as much as your original water and live rock as you can as you don't want to do anything to drastic in one go
Any new water make sure is mixed in temperature and SG just like if you're doing a water change, also don't rush anything take a change over slow and steady!

as I have the same tank I will answer that question :) itīs 6mm thick..opti white for the front and two sides
are u going barebottom Elliott?
Elliott89
08/25/2012, 02:30 PM
Yes i'm keeping it Barebottom as i have a lot of flow in there now and i don't want sand blowing about continuously, also means i can siphon the bottom every few days keeping it super clean and nutrients nice and low as i want my SPS to get nice colours :)

Those little pendants are gorgeous. They have a very cool look to them. This looks like it's going to be a very nice tank.
Keep going!
