Well the good news the pygmy geo hawk I got a few weeks ago is all the sudden very active today. Before this I only catch split second glimpses of him. The bad news is its because I guess hes very territorial of all the nether regions in my tank. I bought a Yasha/candy stripe pistol pair today and apparently that woke the sleeping bear that is my geo hawk. Lets just say he aint having it but niether is the yasha...

Nah things seemed to have settled down today. Yasha/pistol -1 Geo - 0

The hawkfish is most likely trying to eat the goby.

The yasha is a little bigger. Its more of a territory dispute which seems settled now. From what I read on the geo hawk its more closely related to anthias than true hawkfish. But It Looks like a hawk and perches like a hawk so thats good enough for me.
