Spots on the back wall

So ive noticed that im developing some spots on the back wall. Any idea what these are?

Not really a good pic to judge from. Tanks looks good though. Can you get a close up of what you are referring to?

My guess would be spirorbid worms. (harmless) They could also be the beginnings of coralline algae. Check this out.
