Trying to save Symphyllia

So I just recently received a free Symphyllia from my LFS to try to rescue. I have placed him on the bottom of my 40 gal tank next to my two trachyphyllias that have been doing superbly. I tried feeding him today but he didnt take the food. Any ideas on what else I can to do nurse him back to health?? I will post a picture shortly. I believe that he is severely bleaching due to over lighting at the LFS. Thanks for any suggestions

The first picture is of the Symphyllia. The second picture is the Symphyllia with both of my Trachs. The Symphyllia is a little higher in the tank as you can see, but Ive had my Trach on the left at the position and he did great there too.
