When i had the first hatch i did this video, sorry is for healthy stomac, but i was crazy about this... You could see also baby-lismata, becouse they hached at the same time! It was unexPected, figure out me looking, for the first time, at this; in the darkness usino a small light and staring at this small miracle caos in my tank...with this feeling i was able to' pick up some and do this video...

While we are waiting for the hatch this night, i want to' tell you something about bicolor blennies. My male il bigger and bicolored, the female is totally black and smaller. They Are in the same tank from march and they start meeting in june. The behaviour was like a fight for a while and then they came back in their own hole.than i observed that during the fight they put on white vertical lines. After few days i saw ber with a big belly! Befor laying the female goes in front of the male, that is in the hole, and she swimms in a vertical way, this is a Kind of signal, and he let her go in the hole! Here start the lay, it takes a couple of hour. After 8 day there is the hatch. I have a new lay every 10 days.I hope this could be' usefull, ciao!

Auguri Sara,bel lavoro!:celeb3:
What size is your tank?.I´ve found E.bicolor extremely aggressive and hard to pair off.
Other than that, raising blenny larvae is not difficult.See http://www.marinebreeder.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=163&t=2632

Ciao,Sara!
These blennies hatch very small, but still were easy to raise with rots. They swim close to the surface, undulating their bodies.Typically blenny larvae show huge pectoral fins.I keep them in a 30 L BRT and change up to 10% water/day.
