Im on the second floor of a condo and was wondering whats everyones opinions on how big of a tank i can have?

Depends on the floor and if it's supported and where you place it. 75g is a safe "large-ish" tank for a second floor. I'd go for a 40breeder or 75g.

I'd probably make sure it was along a load bearing wall. But, you might want to check with the condo association before you get one.

The floor can support a 75 easily. Make sure you place the tank on a load bearing wall across as many joist as possible. No one here can give you an answer for any larger then that without actually knowing the construction
of the unit.
