I would like to ramp in and out my led drivers will the ac3 control pwm drivers?

No.

You need an Apex for 0-10 analog dimming.

PWM is not directly supported. You can get 0-10v analog to PWM converters, but if you get an Apex to control the LEDs you would be better off with drivers using 0-10v instead of PWM.

You can post a wtb for an older aquasurf, someone may have one in a box somewhere.

Ahhhh......good to know info. So not even on/off at certain percentage for led control with his ACIII??

Reread that and it sounded stupid, I read "some" profiles instead of "pump" profiles. A better question would probably be to ask if the functionality of on/off could be possible but it's probably better and cheaper to just add a pot for manual dimming to the drivers and have the DC8 control the on/off aspect.

Sorry bimmerzs; I had a case of "Apex on the brain" earlier when I mentioned profiles.... I forgot we were talking about an AC3.

Yes you can with an AC3 & AquaSurf... with limitations - no ramps, just fixed levels. In my earlier posts, I was thinking of full dimming control.

An old thread on the subject: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1846903&highlight=aquasurf
